FAQ

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SHIRT:

• For crewneck sweatshirts and hoodies: Machine wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low as this will protect the print quality of your shirt.

• For T Shirts: Our t shirts are 50/25/25 (Polyester, Rayon, Cotton) tri blend, which makes them less likely to shrink and keep their original size. Machine wash cold inside out and tumble dry low. 

• For Jackets:  For the Varsity Jackets, dry clean only. The DBU Workman's Dickie Jacket is industrial wash and machine wash friendly.

SHIPPING:

• How long will it take to get my order? Orders usually take 2-3 business days to process. But since we are a little backed up with orders, please allow 2 weeks to receive your order. We typically ship out orders every Wednesday and use USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is calculated when you purchase your items.

• Do we ship internationally? Unfortunately, Do Better University only ships domestically.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

• If for whatever reason you need to return or exchange an item, all exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Please send an email through this site within 7 days of receipt for any problems concerning your merchandise. US customers are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to Do Better University for the exchange. Once the item is received, we will complete the exchange process and ship back to you at no charge. All Jackets are non-refundable.
